The Redd Center is helping to sponsor a symposium on 12 June 2015 celebrating 200 years since the birth of Major Howard Egan. Egan was a prominent figure in the Mormon Pioneer trek west, the settlement of the Intermountain West, establishment of the Pony Express, and other significant events.
